My wife is so funny I sometimes think she should be a comedian. I even asked her if she ever thought of being a one. She said that yes, when she was a kid she wanted to be a comedian. So why didn’t she go for it, I asked. Her answer: “Because I was worried that people would laugh at me.”
Okay, so she’s studying nutrition to complement her work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She had to learn about units of energy, power and force. One of those units of force is called a “newton.” She asked me, “Ha! How crazy is this?! You want to know how much a newton weighs? I can tell you it’s not a ton. It’s not even a new ton.”
I gotta admit, that is a valid complaint.
